I am researching the descendants of William C. Brown (29 Jan 1824-14 Mar 1901) and his wife, Susan J. Hardin Brown (22 Mar 1827-2 Mar 1898). They are buried in the New Hope Church Cemetery in Dunwoody, Dekalb County, Georgia. They had ten children, as follows: (1) Messina Adolphus "Dolph" Brown (1850-1931) (2) Elizabeth Ann Brown, b. about 1852 (3) William David Brown (1854-1935) (4) Martha J. Brown Wilson (1856-1909) (5) Mary E. Brown, born about 1856. It is believed she was Martha's twin. (6) Amanda E. Brown Warnock (1858-1900/1910) (7) John James Brown (1860-1941) (8) Joseph N. Brown (1862-1891) (9) Sara Ruth Brown Burnham (1864-1939) (10) Madison Blanton Brown (1867-1941) As far as is known, all the children lived and reared their families in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area, either in Fulton County or Dekalb County except for the youngest, Madison Blanton Brown, who moved to Oklahoma and lived there with his wife and family. Any information will be greatly appreciated, as will pictures of any of the above-named members of this family. Please contact me directly: Nancy B.
